This material can be stretched to a very small diameter changing the outside diameter.. In it's stretched form insert for a reinforcement liner for all 1/8 tubes. This material will then pull back and tighten on the inside of the host tube. If done correctly it will be a solid compression fit that will not come out. For added strength locktight 414 can be added. Also because of it's extremely low operating temperature it will remain flexible, working as a cushion that can bend and flex without cracking or allowing the outer tube to be cut by monofilament. This will make plastic tubes last much longer.
